TEN MINUTE PLAY FESTIVAL

For the third year in a row, Amherst College's student-run theater company will be producing a Ten Minute Play Festival: Six short plays by Amherst College students are selected and performed by their peers in a fun display of Amherst's creative talent! Any Amherst student can enter; see information for 2022's festival below:

1. Plays must be original, student-written work. All students can submit more than one play, but only one play by each student will be performed.

2. Plays may NOT exceed 10 minutes. This is approximately equivalent to 10 or fewer pages of script.

3. The provided set will be a dining room table and chairs. Feel free to use the whole set, only parts of it (ex. just the table), or use an empty stage. Contact the Green Room E-board with questions about set.

4. Submit plays via email to acgreenroom@gmail.com by JANUARY 26.

Plays are reviewed and voted on by the Green Room E-board, with identifying information redacted. If their show is selected, writers will be contacted by the E-board soon after the submission deadline and may direct their play. Performances are March 4, 5, and 6 in the Powerhouse.
